CBS MarketWatch is our top choice for investment news. The website provides a full range of market commentary and even touches on a lot of topics involving personal finance, careers, and home purchases.

Yahoo! Finance is a great, free resource for investors. While its portfolio service might be lacking, the site provides an all-around fantastic amount of data. You can access a variety of price ratios, commentary pulled from around the Internet, and historical price data that can be downloaded into Microsoft Excel.
BetterInvesting.org Free/Subscription
We think very highly of the NAIC and BetterInvesting.org. The organization and website are devoted to investor education and investor advocacy. You can find lots of great information here and you can also pick up a copy of their magazine on newstands!
